    Jungle Safari

    As we have mentioned earlier, Nepal is one of the richest countries of vegetation and wildlife, the tropical jungles of Nepal’s Terai region and some of the best wildlife habitats in the subcontinent. Nepal has a large number of national parks and wildlife reserves where tourists are permitted go inside the park and enjoy the wildlife. Jungle safaris on the elephants ride, bird watching, canoying, and you will be seeing the world’s rare wild tigers, pythons, crocodiles and many other wild and exotic creatures.

    We provide you with the full range of packages including lodging and providing all meals based on your individual interests and specific needs.

    Chitwan National Park

    Chitawan National Park is 165 KM south of Kathmandu; it is about 6 hrs drive by car or 25 minutes to fly to Bharatpur and 40 minutes to drive. This Park is covering about 940 sq km includes hilly areas of the Shivalik range covered by deciduous trees. Parts of the park are floodplains of Narayani, Rapti and Reu River, and covered by thick elephant grass, forest of silk cotton, acacia and Sisam trees.

    This park is shelter to the last endangered Asian species like one horn rhinos and Bengal tigers including leopards, loath Beers, wild Dogs, Rhesus Monkeys, wild Boar, wild Cats, Bison, different kinds of Languor, marsh Crocodiles, and more than 450 kinds of birds. Also the one of the four species of fresh-water Dolphins are found here.

    To fully experience the national park you must live within it-nothing less will do. There are many lodges lies inside the park where only the sound of nature disturb the peace of the forest birdsong, the rustle of Deer in the bushes or the trumpeting call of Elephants. From the moment you wake at down to roam through the jungle on the elephant back to the quite talk around the camp fire at days end.

    Walk deep in to the jungle led by nature guides provided by lodges or drive an open hood land rover to distance hills, far from the worlds of man. Drift down the Rapti River in a dug-cut canoe, passing and listening hundreds of bird's song or experiencing the unique of Tharu people's culture, custom and watch by flickering firelight dances.

    • 4 days (3 nights in the park and 2 days on the road Kathmandu-Chitwan-Kathmandu)
