When you are ready to make a booking, simply print the form and send us back with the deposit or send an email to hiratreks@hotmail.com. Please try to provide us the best information as possible.

To confirm your booking we will require a non-refundable deposit of $300 for each person which can be made by check or money order. The remaining balance will be paid in Kathmandu upon your arrival or do the same as above before your departure from your home.
